Zegoal is a game changer. A digital form is created in the mobile app on field workers’ phones. The form displays comprehensive information on each subscriber (meter values, technical features, contacts).

During a visit to each user, an inspector records the current meter values in Zegoal while verifying data with the subscriber’s digital signature, photos and videos (and indicating time and GPS coordinates).

Improved work efficiency of installation teams and individual field assemblers as a result of Zegoal use:

a) The mobile Zegoal version displays a list of tasks for the day and builds the best route between destinations;

b) The operator monitors the location and availability status of each worker. Based on this, the operator assigns tasks to those who will complete them as quickly as possible.

c) Installers perform their work according to a check list, which rules out faults.

The company has a staff of 120. The average number of man-hours lost per month was 1,880. Which translates into monthly losses of $26,696, given the average hourly rate of $14.2! This money was paid to professionals for the time they were idle.
